
We will prepare the meatballs and the sauce for the meatballs separately. Then we will mix them together at the end.

Preparation
- On a plate, place the ground beef and add all the spices above (dedicated to the meatball only), mix everything very well then form small balls.
- On a cooking pot, put diced tomatoes, olive oil and all the spices above (dedicated to the meatball sauce) on medium heat.
- After 7 minutes, add the meatballs (kefta) and let cook until done (or 15 minutes later).
- Finally add eggs, chopped coriander and parsley, and let cook for an extra 5 min.
You can slightly change the above ingredients and preparation for Kefta Tajine to match your needs and taste.
