Preparation
- Dice the liver into medium size cubes
- Add the rest of the ingredients to it and mix
- Place everything into a preheated frying pan (no need to add extra oil)
- Stir from time to time for 15 minutes or until the liver is cooked
You can slightly change the above ingredients and preparation for Moroccan Liver (Kabda) to match your needs and taste
