Kabda is a Moroccan dish which is very delicious and simple to make. It
is made of liver, some spice and onions. It is simple but tasty. This
dish is also called: Kebda, or Kubdah, The recipe is very easy to make
and should not take a long time to prepare. Simply follow these steps

Preparation
- Dice the liver into medium size cubes
- Add the rest of the ingredients to it and mix
- Place everything into a preheated frying pan (no need to add extra oil)
- Stir from time to time for 15 minutes or until the liver is cooked
