Chorba or (Shorba) is a healthy and delicious Moroccan dish. Shorba is different than Harira
because it contains more vegetables. This recipe is also called: Soba,
or Shourba. The recipe is very easy to make and should not take a long
time to prepare. Simply follow these steps

Preparation
- Peel the skin of tomatoes, carrots, potatoes and onions and dice them
- In a cooking pot, put meat, diced vegetables, and add all the spices, and oil.
- Add 2 liters of water and leave for 50 minutes on medium fire
- Add vermicelli and leave for an extra 10 minutes. Enjoy! Note: If you prefer a pureed shorba, then instead of leaving the pot to cook for 50 minutes, leave it to cook for only 30 minutes, then puree everything in a blender then put back to cook for 10 minutes before adding the vermicelli)
